PARADE DAY INFORMATION:

(ENTRY DEADLINE: MAY 8TH)

1.) 8:00– 9:45AM—Have a representative from your parade entry come to the parade registration table located on across the Veteran’s Hall on the north side by the BBQ pits. You will be given an entry number so you can go to your place in the line-up.

2.) Please line up closely behind the vehicle in front of you. BUT once the parade begins, leave a generous amount of space in between entries to give the announcer plenty of time to announce about each entry (see No. 4 below).

3.) 10:00 – 10:30AM— ALL FLOATS MUST BE IN PLACE AND READY TO BE JUDGED AT 10:00 OR YOU WILL NOT BE JUDGED.

4.) 11:50AM—Be ready to take off, have everyone in place and move along in line as the entry in front of you moves into the parade route. When you reach Jackson Street, please wait to proceed until the vehicle in front of you is at least a ½ block ahead, and then maintain that spacing during the parade.

5.) Water Guns are allowed on floats but PLEASE DO NOT THROW WATER BALLOONS FROM THE PARADE FLOATS!
